Welcome to PixoShare, the photo booth platform operated by PixoShare, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our photo booth platform and related services.

6. Mobile Information & SMS Opt-In Data
PixoShare uses Twilio to deliver event photos and videos to event guests via SMS text message. SMS is a transactional service used solely for event media delivery — never for marketing or promotional purposes.
No sale or sharing of mobile data. Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) collected by PixoShare for the purpose of delivering event media will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data shared with sub-processors (as described in Section 5) exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How consent is collected. Guests voluntarily provide their phone number at the event sharing station to receive their photos. The sharing station displays a clear consent disclosure before the phone number is submitted, including the program description, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and instructions to reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Message frequency. Guests typically receive 1 to 3 messages per event session, depending on the number of sharing actions they initiate.
Opt-out. Every SMS message sent through PixoShare includes opt-out instructions. Guests may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically by Twilio. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
Carrier disclaimer. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Retention. PixoShare does not retain guest phone numbers beyond what is necessary to complete the media delivery and related delivery records. Phone numbers are not used for any secondary purpose.
